Hassell Cattle Company is a small, three-generation ranch, located in Rusk, Texas, home to the exclusive Blue-Collar Wagyu. The family farm raises their hormone and antibiotic-free Texas Wagyu bulls crossed with F1 Angus cows. 

The Hassells pride themselves on raising quality meat that the “everyday man” can afford. They believe that providing their cattle with a natural, grain-fed diet leads to true, quality beef. From raising the cattle solely on their farmland, to processing in a USDA facility, the Hassells ensure quality at every step. 

True Texas Beef 

The Hassells offer a wide selection of meat products, delivered directly to the consumers door. They have expanded their online storefront to include a variety of seasonings that complement their meats. They currently provide their beef to a steady, growing customer base of over 10,000 families. 

Owner and president of the operation, Doug Hassell, shares recipes and secret family ingredients on their website and social media that have grown popular among their 48,000 online followers.
