Clark and Debbie Kauffman own and operate Kauffman Farm in Idaho. The Kauffmans connect consumers with healthy food products directly from their farm and other Idaho producers. They produce hulless barley, corn, pumpkins, squash and horse-quality hay, as well as market barley straw. Their hulless barley is used in hearty barley soup mix, which they sent all the way to the Farm Credit Farmer’s Market held at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. on July 26, 2017.
