This position leads the development of and coordinates a long-range facilities plan, monitors large capital improvement projects for facilities, and coordinates facility maintenance.
The Assistant Vice President or Vice President of Lending maintains, grows and services a portfolio while representing Farm Credit Illinois in the community and creating relationships with the people of rural America.
The Regional Vice President, Crop Insurance provides leadership and strategic direction to the Association's crop insurance sales and processing initiatives. Leads, coaches and provides direction to the crop insurance team members and to the association regarding crop insurance strategies. The incumbent also manages relationships with Approved Insurance providers (AIPs) and pursues books of business for purchase.
General knowledge of the Far Credit System. Expert knowledge of crop insurance regulations, policies and procedures.
Sells and services crop insurance policies and provides specialized support to the regional office's insurance sales and processing.
The Vice President, Internal Audit leads the development and implementation of the association internal audit function. This role is responsible for risk assessments, credit review, compliance with operating and reporting processes, adherences to policies and procedures, and testing of the internal control program.
