The Regional Vice President, Crop Insurance provides leadership and strategic direction to the Association's crop insurance sales and processing initiatives.  Leads, coaches and provides direction to the crop insurance team members and to the association regarding crop insurance strategies.  The incumbent also manages relationships with Approved Insurance providers (AIPs) and pursues books of business for purchase.

Required Skills:

General knowledge of the Far Credit System.  Expert knowledge of crop insurance regulations, policies and procedures.
