VP Internal Audit
The VP Internal Audit provides a well-planned, properly structured auditing program essential for effective risk management. This individual will oversee the audit program that is a critical defense against fraud. In addition, the VP Internal Audit reports to the Board Audit Committee and the Chief Risk Officer and will provide vital information to the Board of Directors regarding the effectiveness of Compeer’s internal control systems. In addition, the VP Internal Audit serves as the primary audit lead for audits from all regulatory bodies.
Consumer Loan Officer
This is a sales position with responsibility for building relationships with business contacts and customers in the consumer market segments; using his/her knowledge of the consumer marketplace, products and finance to fully understand the customer’s or prospect’s business and personal plans; marketing Farm Credit Illinois’ financial services to best meet the needs; and originating credit by obtaining the appropriate information to determine the viability and profitability of the deal. The Consumer Loan Officer (CLO) leads the customer relationship and often coordinates with others to serve the customer’s loan, lease, crop insurance and servicing needs.
Crop Insurance Officer
The individual manages a crop insurance book of business by functioning in an outside sales role. The incumbent markets Compeer Financial’s insurance products to clients and prospective clients based upon the individual’s need for these products. The individual generates new business with new and existing clients, while building strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Systems Analyst I

The Systems Analyst I coordinates end-user support for hardware, applications and networking issues with Financial Partners Inc. (FPI).  Provides primary support for Farm Credit Illinois (FCI) systems related to telecommunications, conference room audio/video (A/V), crop insurance, and all other non-FPI supported systems.  Participates in project planning and implementation of projects for new technologies and software.

The Assistant Vice President or Vice President of Lending maintains, grows and services a portfolio while representing Farm Credit Illinois in the community and creating relationships with the people of rural America.

Internal Controls Analyst

The Internal Controls Analyst oversees, directs and implements processes and controls necessary to maintain a safe and sound internal control environment.  This position ensures a proper control environment, related documentation, and support validation.  This position leads the assessment of the adequacy of the design and effectiveness of internal controls over all aspects of the association’s business based on risk assessments performed.

Sells and services crop insurance policies and provides specialized support to the regional office’s insurance sales and processing.



Associate General Counsel

Farm Credit Illinois, one of the largest agricultural lenders in Illinois, seeks an attorney with three to eight years of experience to (a) provide legal counsel, advice, analysis, and support on a wide range of matters for the Association, (b) educate management and team members in legal and compliance matters, and (c) effectively manage and resolve legal issues that confront the organization. Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking and organizational skills are essential. Juris Doctor from an American Bar Association accredited law school is required.

RVP, Crop Insurance

The Regional Vice President, Crop Insurance provides leadership and strategic direction to the Association's crop insurance sales and processing initiatives.  Leads, coaches and provides direction to the crop insurance team members and to the association regarding crop insurance strategies.  The incumbent also manages relationships with Approved Insurance providers (AIPs) and pursues books of business for purchase.

Required Skills:

General knowledge of the Far Credit System.  Expert knowledge of crop insurance regulations, policies and procedures.
