Technology Development Operations Engineer Location: Normal, IL / Prairie du Sac, WI / Sun Prairie, WI / Lakeville, MN / Mankato, MN Position Overview: This position will develop and continuously improve the Compeer DevOps practice in collaboration with Business Technology (BT) leadership. This position participates in the release planning, deployment/releases, coding and scripting for the releases, facilitating proper testing of the releases, analyzing results, troubleshooting problems and communicating issues back to development and operations. Identifies problems before they happen, investigates root causes and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences. The incumbent leads in the upfront staging of development to implementation, and supports production operations for new systems, applications and/or features. This includes building, refreshing, diagnosing and issue remediation of environments, and developing the monitoring solutions and tools which will automate daily operational activities as they relate to the DevOps practice.
