Supports customers in the utilization of credit and risk related systems. Provides credit leadership in the design, development, implementation, testing, training and documenting of credit and risk related software. As directed, provides assistance and leadership for department and corporate projects. Serves as a secondary support resource for other personnel within the Customer Service Department.
Participates in the development and maintenance of complex software application systems. Participates in the evaluation, maintenance and integration of vendor-supplied application software, and in the analysis of new technologies and automation capabilities. Prepares accurate development estimates based on specifications. Develops test plans and system documentation, and participates in design reviews of systems and programs.
