Agriculture Loan Officer/Financial Officer
The individual generates new business with new and existing clients, provides agricultural and financial services to clients, while building strong relationships with clients and prospects. While combining agricultural and business knowledge with an in-depth understanding of each client’s current financial position, the incumbent provides innovative and workable alternatives to solve problems and take advantage of opportunities the client and prospective client face. The incumbent markets Compeer Financial’s credit services and other related services to clients and prospective clients based upon the individual’s need for these products.

Corporate Privacy Officer
This position reduces the organization’s legal, compliance, and reputation risk by developing and overseeing the organization’s privacy strategy and compliance program. This includes overseeing all ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of, and adherence to, the organization’s policies and procedures involving client and team member privacy or federal and state laws involving privacy, data protection, and electronic verification of client identity.

Accounting Representative
The Accounting Representative will provide accounting services for the General Ledger Balancing team through reconciliations of general ledger accounts such as those related to the organizations cash and accounts impacted by client transactions. In addition, the individual will become a significant resource for other Enterprise Financial Management teams including loan and lease accounting as well as financial reporting. As the Accounting Representative grows into the role, they will be called upon as a critical resource in organizational-wide projects as well as departmental initiatives. The individual will have the capacity to analyze complex issues and will ensure a high degree of accuracy, responsiveness and exceptional service. They will create accounting system entries using appropriate procedures and accounting principles. Finally, the Accounting Representative will require strong relationship-building skills, the capacity to lead initiatives and lean in to innovation.
