Lead a team responsible for developing the vision and strategies for lending and crop insurance technology applications. Ensure team has deep understanding of employee & customer needs through continuous discovery, identifies and fills technology application gaps, and generates new ideas that increase user satisfaction and drives efficiencies. Develops high level of communication, consistency, and knowledge sharing between business units. Accountable for developing adaptable and scalable technology solutions across all business units.
The Insurance Officer will lead the sales efforts for the region through individual sales and joint sales calls with Financial Officers. Serve as the primary agent for the larger, complex and/or full-time customer segment (generally greater than 750 acres) and indirect support of all customers for region. Incumbents are responsible for the sales, servicing, and renewal of these customers and will have a defined portfolio to service and increase the net acre growth of that portfolio. Incumbents are accountable for aggressive new sales growth and retention of the portfolio.
Generalist responsibility for customer account set up/maintenance, support and training as it relates to the Magnify customers and teammates with specialization as required in each respective discipline. Contribute to success of the Magnify Team by onboarding customers to the financial record keeping solution. Complete financial records input and reconciliation of transactions for customers as required. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, and provide support to the Magnify team, retail teams and customers. Create and deliver teammate and customer facing training content.
Develop and manage a portfolio of large, complex, and diverse syndicated and participated multi-lender loan customers by working with leading financial institutions throughout the United States. This position works with food companies, agribusinesses, agricultural production and processing companies and rural utilities by building relationships with leading lenders on a national level. This position supports the execution of the business and marketing plan for the capital markets team.
