We are looking for someone to work 32 hours a week to effectively manage the escrow process (Flood Insurance, Property Tax and Home Owners Insurance) for the Associations.

Support the general ledger, loan accounting, pricing, and loan origination systems across multiple environments (production, test, development and disaster recovery). Work with business owners to clearly define business needs and to create a better understanding of the associated business value. Analyze business/user requirements and identify potential risks or interdependencies that need to be accounted for in the implementation, enhancement or development of financial systems. Facilitate and coordinate project prioritization to ensure efforts meet the organization's strategic goals and
Provide quality assurance leadership and mentoring to the application development team and within the Quality Assurance Development community, cultivating a shared vision for risk-based testing strategies and related guidance. Focus on quality in all steps of the development lifecycle. Working shoulder to shoulder with your application development team, provide immediate feedback on how best to design for testability while delivering business features with high functional quality. Hold a high standard for what excellent software looks like and hold the team to those standards.
