We are looking for a Digital Origination Specialist. This new role will provide loan processing, loan closing and customer relationship support for the digital originations channel and products. In this role, you will represent the Association during the loan closing process through verbal, written and/or digital communication, and lead loan closing with customers, and coordinates post-closing follow ups.
Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of lending models and strategies and incorporating these into business technology and processes. Analyze, develop and implement credit risk and workflow models. Use decision analytic practices and tools to evaluate various credit and process risks. Recommend new and enhanced decisioning strategies and models that balance Association risk and efficiency objectives. Coordinate with the Business Intelligence Team to ensure pertinent business information is available for analytic use.
Lead, coach and develop the Magnify Accounting Team in daily workflow management, support and training delivery of the Magnify solution to customers. Serve as a coach and mentor to the employees supervised by selecting and developing talent, identifying process enhancements that support a customer sales and service orientation. Provide leadership in process and procedure quality control, validation and customer support. Manage all aspects of personnel and human resources associated with the team. Act as a resource for retail teammates working to serve customers associated with Magnify.
