Generalist responsibility for customer account set up/maintenance, support and training as it relates to the Magnify customers and teammates with specialization as required in each respective discipline. Contribute to success of the Magnify Team by onboarding customers to the financial record keeping solution. Complete financial records input and reconciliation of transactions for customers as required. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, and provide support to the Magnify team, retail teams and customers. Create and deliver teammate and customer facing training content.
Lead and coach the AgriBusiness Finance (ABF) Credit Operations team in daily workflow management, support of the delivery of financial services to customers’ collateral and credit monitoring, business validation, and process/procedure quality control. Provide leadership in the areas of collateral and credit monitoring, business validation, quality control, and customer support of credit process and procedures in a portfolio in excess of $10 billion in gross commitments. Monitor internal activity and exception reports to minimize irregularities and exceptions.
